Modi Naturals Appoints B. Chhawchharia & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Modi Naturals Ltd announced the appointment of M/s B. Chhawchharia & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 31, 2026. The auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 52nd AGM until the conclusion of the 57th AGM. The firm, established in 1966, has a long history of providing services to domestic and international clients.
