Modi Naturals Subsidiary Appoints Ankita Singal as Director

Modi Naturals Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Ankita Singal as a Non-Executive Independent Women Director in its unlisted material subsidiary, Modi Biotech Private Limited. The appointment was approved at the subsidiary's 5th Annual General Meeting held on July 30, 2026, and is effective from the same date. Mrs. Singal brings approximately 20 years of experience in finance, marketing, and general business management, holding an MBA and a B.Com (H). She is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
