Modis Navnirman H1 FY27 Revenue Up 53%, PAT Up 59%

Modis Navnirman Limited announced its un-audited consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. For H1 FY27, Revenue from Operations surged by 53.06% YoY to ₹127.64 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 59% YoY to ₹19.08 Cr. EBITDA also saw a significant rise of 63.17% YoY to ₹26.19 Cr, with the EBITDA margin expanding by 127 bps to 20.52%. The company sold 78,560 sq. ft. in H1 FY27, with Q2 sales nearly doubling year-on-year. Modis Navnirman also secured a new redevelopment project, bringing its upcoming pipeline to 5 projects totaling 10.50 lakh sq. ft. The company now has 22.61 lakh sq. ft. under development or in the pipeline across 25 premium residential projects.
