Mohit Industries Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure for Q4 2025 Results

Mohit Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and insiders. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and is for the purpose of declaring the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2025. The trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the results. The date of the Board Meeting where the results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
