Mohit Industries Ltd. closes trading window for dealing in securities

Mohit Industries Ltd. has announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed with effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by the Designated persons and their Immediate Relatives under the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
