Mohite Industries Sells Spinning Unit Assets, Shifts Registered Office

Mohite Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the sale of its Spinning Unit assets and the shifting of its registered office. The sale of the Spinning Unit, including land and plant & machinery, is subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution. The registered office will be relocated within the same ROC jurisdiction but outside the current local limits. The company has also appointed a scrutinizer and e-voting service provider (CDSL) for the postal ballot process to obtain shareholder consent for these proposals. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is set for October 23, 2026.
