Kotak Mahindra MF Acquires Over 5% Stake in Molbio Diagnostics

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (KMMF) has acquired a significant stake in Molbio Diagnostics Limited, crossing the 5.00% threshold of the company's issued equity share capital. The acquisition was made through various KMMF schemes via open market purchases. Prior to this, KMMF held 4.9888% of Molbio Diagnostics' shares. After the acquisition, their total holding stands at 5.4834%. The total diluted share capital of Molbio Diagnostics before and after the acquisition remains 11,52,39,996 equity shares of Rs. 1.
