Mold-Tek withdraws ₹4.75 Cr preferential issue of 2.9L shares

Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd. announced the withdrawal and cancellation of its proposed preferential issue of up to 2,90,000 fully paid-up equity shares. The shares were to be issued at ₹164 per share, including a premium of ₹162, totaling approximately ₹4.756 crore. The issue had been approved by the Board on February 28, 2026, and shareholders on March 30, 2026, and had also received in-principle approval from NSE and BSE on April 16, 2026. The withdrawal was necessitated because the proposed allottee failed to transfer the share application money within the stipulated timeline. The Board passed a circular resolution on May 1, 2026, to formalize the withdrawal.
