Monarch Networth Capital Acquires 29% Stake in Monarch Infrapark Pvt Ltd

Monarch Networth Capital Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, its acquisition of a 29% stake in Monarch Infrapark Pvt Ltd. The acquisition was made through open market transactions. Before the acquisition, Monarch Networth Capital did not hold any shares or voting rights in Monarch Infrapark. Post-acquisition, Monarch Networth Capital holds 2,31,906 shares, which amounts to 23% of the total diluted share and voting capital of Monarch Infrapark.
