Chinkita Agarwal Pledges 7.07% Stake in Money Masters Leasing

Chinkita R Agarwal has disclosed the creation of a pledge over 70,93,750 equity shares, representing 7.07% of Money Masters Leasing & Finance Limited's paid-up equity share capital. This encumbrance, effective September 3, 2026, was created in her favor by promoters Mr. Hozef Abdulhussain Darukhanawala and Mrs. Durriya Hozef Darukhanawala, and Duraiya Darukhanawala and Hozef Darukhanawala, as part of a loan transaction. The disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following this, the total encumbered shares held by Chinkita R Agarwal amount to 3,39,77,370, constituting 33.85% of the company's total diluted share capital.
