Monind Ltd Closes Trading Window till 48 hours after Q4 FY2025-26 Results

Monind Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the shares of the company. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
