Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd, a prominent name in the fashion industry, has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial persons, and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of fair disclosure, internal procedures, and conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
