Monte Carlo Fashions Re-appoints 5 Directors for 5 Years

Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd announced the re-appointment of five directors following its 18th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Sh. Jawahar Lal Oswal has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for five years from August 10, 2026. Smt. Ruchika Oswal and Smt. Monica Oswal have also been re-appointed as Executive Directors for five years from August 10, 2026. Additionally, Sh. Manikant Prasad Singh and Sh. Parvinder Singh Pruthi have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for five years from February 1, 2027. These re-appointments are in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
