Nirmal Jain, a promoter and member of the promoter group of Moongipa Capital Finance Ltd, has acquired an aggregate of 46,000 equity shares through open market purchases between August 20-21, 2026. This acquisition represents approximately 0.50% of the company's total paid-up equity share capital. Following the transactions, Nirmal Jain's shareholding increased from 1,57,600 shares to 2,03,600 shares. The total transaction value amounted to ₹7,90,368.40.
