Moschip Appoints Gokhale & Co. as Internal Auditors

Moschip Technologies Ltd has appointed M/s Gokhale & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors of the company for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 20, 2026, where the audited financial statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. The meeting also covered the allotment of equity shares to eligible employees under the company's stock option schemes.
