NCLT Hyderabad Approves Moschip Technologies' Scheme of Amalgamation with Softnautics Inc and Softnautics Private Limited

Moschip Technologies Ltd has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Hyderabad for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Softnautics Inc and Softnautics Private Limited with MosChip Technologies Limited. The approval was given under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The scheme will be effective from the appointed date of 4th April 2025. MosChip submitted the required disclosure under Regulation 30, read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, on 8th April 2025.
