Mother Nutri Foods Appoints Cost & Secretarial Auditors for FY27

Mother Nutri Foods Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. M. I. Prajapati & Associates LLP as Cost Auditors and the re-appointment of M/s. Yati Mittal & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. These decisions were approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on August 28, 2026. The board also approved the notice for the 3rd Annual General Meeting and the Directors Report for the year ended March 31, 2026.
