Mother Nutri Foods Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for 'Designated Persons' and their 'Immediate Relatives' as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results along with the Audit Report of the Company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
