Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited has announced that its Twenty-First Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 04:00 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also uploaded its Annual Report, including the Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report for FY 2025-26, along with the AGM notice on its website. Members will receive the report electronically if their email addresses are registered; otherwise, a web-link and QR code will be sent. The cut-off date for e-voting is July 7, 2026, with remote e-voting available from July 10 to July 13, 2026.
