This license enables MOCSPL to offer safekeeping of securities, trade settlement, corporate action processing, and regulatory reporting for institutional clients. The business expands the group's existing institutional franchise and aims to provide a comprehensive service offering, including execution, custody, and post-trade servicing. Operations are expected to commence in the last quarter of 2026, subject to operational readiness.
