Motisons Jewellers signs MoU for new Udaipur showroom

Under the MoU, Moti Developers will undertake the construction and development of the showroom, which will then be leased to Motisons Jewellers upon completion. This initiative is in the ordinary course of business and is expected to support the company's expansion plans. The transaction is identified as a related party transaction, as key promoters of Motisons Jewellers are partners in Moti Developers, but it is stated to be conducted at arm's length.
