Motor & General Finance Ltd Submits 96th AGM Minutes

Motor & General Finance Ltd has submitted the minutes of its 96th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held on September 24, 2026. The meeting was conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circulars.
