Mount Housing Board Approves AGM, MD/WTD Appointments, and New Contract

Mount Housing and Infrastructure Limited's Board of Directors met on September 4, 2026, approving key decisions including the convening of the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Chand Bafna as Managing Director and Mr. Kalpesh Bafna as Whole-Time Director, both for five-year terms starting September 4, 2026, subject to member approval.
