MPDL Ltd. Proposes Amendments to Memorandum of Association for Maintenance and Management Services

MPDL Ltd. has announced proposed amendments to its Object Clause of Memorandum of Association at a Board Meeting held on February 13, 2026. The amendments include providing maintenance, repair, upkeep, operation, and management services of buildings, complexes, infrastructure facilities, plants, machinery, equipment, utilities, and other assets. This includes maintaining parking lots, electrical, mechanical, civil, housekeeping, and similar allied maintenance services for third parties. The approval of shareholders is required for these amendments. The Notice of Postal Ballot will be sent to the shareholders and filed with the Stock Exchange in due course.
