Mphasis Announces 35th AGM on July 23, 2026; Proposes ₹62 Dividend

Mphasis Ltd has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 9:00 am IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company will present the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. A final dividend of ₹62 per equity share of face value ₹10 is proposed for FY26. The AGM agenda also includes the re-appointment of directors Mr. Kabir Mathur and Mr. Pankaj Sood, and the re-appointment of Ms. Maureen Anne Erasmus and Mr. Nitin Rakesh as Independent Director and CEO & MD respectively. The Annual Report, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR), will be dispatched electronically to registered members.
