Mphasis Chairperson Addresses AI's Enterprise Adoption Challenges at 35th AGM

At the 35th Annual General Meeting of Mphasis Limited, Chairperson Girish S. Paranjpe acknowledged the real potential of AI but highlighted enterprise hesitation due to macro-economic complexities and the rapid pace of technological change. He noted the absence of a clear playbook for enterprise AI adoption, leading to longer deal cycles. Paranjpe emphasized Mphasis's role in co-creating this playbook through its NeoIP and Enterprise Agency Platform Mphasis Tria. The company reported a 68% growth in new TCV wins to USD 2.1 billion in FY26, with 60% being AI-led, and an AI-led pipeline of 69%. While acknowledging that strong pipeline growth is translating to revenue growth, he admitted it's not yet complete due to the ramp-up time for large AI transformation programs.
