Mphasis & Plaksha University Host Second TrackShift Innovation Challenge

Mphasis Foundation, in partnership with Plaksha University, hosted the second edition of the TrackShift Innovation Challenge on September 12-13, 2026. The 24-hour event involved over 180 students from across India tackling real-world motorsport engineering problems using AI, computer vision, and predictive modeling. The challenge, inspired by the TGR Haas F1 Team's association, focused on applied engineering rigour with problem statements from the 2026 racing season. Over 3600 students applied, with a significant representation of female students. Winning teams received cash prizes and internships at Mphasis. Solutions developed will be shared via an open repository.
