MPS Ltd has informed shareholders about the dispatch of letters for its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM). For shareholders whose email addresses are not registered, a weblink and QR code providing access to the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 have been provided. The Annual Report has also been emailed to shareholders with registered email addresses. The AGM will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing. Key dates for e-voting have also been announced, with the cut-off date on August 28, 2026, and remote e-voting from September 1 to September 3, 2026.
