M.R.Maniveni Foods Ltd: Board Approves AGM Date, Director Appointments

M.R.Maniveni Foods Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 5, 2026, approved the convening of the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, at 10:15 AM via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Manickam Muthukumar as an Additional Independent Director for five years from September 5, 2026, and Ms. M Manimegalai as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from the same date. Additionally, M/s. J Ganesh & Co. were appointed as Internal Auditors for the fiscal year 2026-27, and the company approved a new logo and brand.
