Umiya Holding Acquires 0.02% Stake in Umiya Buildcon

Umiya Holding Private Limited, part of the promoter group, has acquired an additional 3,100 equity shares, representing 0.02% of the total share capital, in Umiya Buildcon Limited (formerly MRO-TEK Realty Limited). This acquisition, made through the open market, increases Umiya Holding's total shareholding to 72,04,266 shares, or 38.55% of the company's total voting capital. The transaction was disclosed under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
