MRP Agro Ltd Allots 3,91,730 Equity Shares Following Warrant Conversion

MRP Agro Limited has allotted 3,91,730 fully paid-up Equity shares pursuant to the conversion of warrants. This follows the approval in the Board Meeting held on March 02, 2026. The warrants were issued on preferential basis to Promoter upon receipt of 25% of the issue price from the allottees. The warrant holders have exercised their option of conversion and paid the balance 75% of the issue price. The newly issued and allotted Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.
