MRP Agro Ltd Board Approves 8th AGM Notice, Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

MRP Agro Limited's Board of Directors met on September 05, 2026, to approve the draft Directors' Report and the Notice for the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The board also accepted the resignation of M/s. MSV & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and approved the appointment of M/s. Mittal V. Kothari & Associates as their replacement. Additionally, the board approved the AGM schedule, including cut-off dates for remote e-voting, and appointed NSDL as the e-voting agency and M/s. SCS and Co. LLP as the scrutinizer.
