Msafe Equipments: Malvinder Bhatia Designated as SMP

Msafe Equipments Ltd. has designated Mr. Malvinder Singh Bhatia, Business Head – Formwork Division, as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from September 22, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's recommendation. Mr. Bhatia was already serving as the Business Head and now holds the SMP designation in accordance with SEBI LODR Regulations. He brings over 17 years of experience in regional sales management, business development, and key account management across construction, formwork, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. His career includes roles at KNest, PERI, Alsina, Hilti, and Schneider Electric, and he holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Thapar University. This move aims to strengthen the company's senior management team.
