MSR India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

MSR India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
