MSTC Ltd Recommended by Central Pollution Control Board for EPR Certificates Trading Platform Development

The Tender Committee of Central Pollution Control Board has recommended MSTC Limited for the development and operation of an Electronic Trading Platform (ETP) for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Certificates. MSTC Limited will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating the National EPR Certificate Trading Platform in compliance with CPCB’s functional and regulatory guidelines. The period of engagement and the revenue will be determined by the Letter of Award (LOA) terms and conditions. MSTC Limited does not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order and it does not fall within related party transactions.
