MT Educare Postpones AGM and Share Transfer Books Closure

MT Educare Ltd has announced the postponement of its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) from September 22, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Consequently, the closure of the Register of Members and Register of Share Transfer has also been rescheduled. The books will now remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM. This decision was approved by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Arihant Nenawati, in accordance with relevant sections of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
