MTAR Technologies Ltd Reports 22.1% YoY Growth in Revenue and 71% YoY Increase in EBITDA in Q1 FY 26

MTAR Technologies Ltd, a leading manufacturer engaged in the production of precision engineered systems for Clean Energy, Civil Nuclear Power, Fuel Cells, Hydel & Others, Aerospace and Defence sectors, has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a 22.1% increase YoY in revenue from operations, which stood at Rs.156.6 Cr. in Q1 FY 26 as against Rs.128.3 Cr. in Q1 FY 25. The EBITDA for Q1 FY 26 was reported at Rs. 28.4 Cr., a 70.9% increase YoY compared to Rs. 16.6 Cr. in Q1 FY 25. The profit before tax stood at Rs. 14.8 Cr. in Q1 FY 26 as against Rs. 6.2 Cr. in Q1 FY 25, a 138.7% increase YoY. The profit after tax was at Rs. 10.8 Cr. in Q1 FY 26 as against Rs. 4.4 Cr. in Q1 FY 25, a 144.2% increase YoY. The company anticipates increased order inflows over the coming quarters, supported by a robust demand pipeline in Clean Energy, Civil Nuclear, Aerospace and Defence sectors.
