MTAR Technologies Ltd has announced the receipt of orders worth Rs. 200 Crores from various entities in the Clean Energy and Aerospace sectors. The orders are from Bloom Energy Corporation, Fluence Energy LLC, GKN Aerospace Phoenix., USA, IMI Systems Ltd, and Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL). The orders are expected to be executed by January 2026, April 2025, November 2025, November 2025, and October 2027 respectively. The orders from Bloom Energy Corporation and Fluence Energy LLC are worth USD 18.12 Mn (approx Rs. 157.38 Crores) and USD 0.31 Mn (approx Rs. 2.73 Crores) respectively. The orders from GKN Aerospace Phoenix., USA and IMI Systems Ltd are worth USD 0.83 Mn (approx Rs. 7.26 Crores) and USD 0.46 Mn (approx Rs. 3.98 Crores) respectively. The order from Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is worth Rs. 20.70 Crores. There are no related party transactions involved in these orders.
