Mudra Financial Services Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Mudra Financial Services Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons under the Code of Conduct. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of these results will be informed in due course.
