Mukat Pipes Ltd: AGM Approves Re-appointment of Two Whole-Time Directors

Mukat Pipes Ltd announced that its members, at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of two Whole-Time Directors. Mrs. Sandeep Kaur Ahluwalia (DIN: 01355454) has been re-appointed for a term of three years, effective October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029. Mr. Roopinder Singh (DIN: 01239483), the Chairman, has also been re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director, designated as Chairman cum Executive Director, for a term of three years, effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. These re-appointments were approved via voting results presented at the AGM.
