Mukka Proteins Ltd AGM Approves Amendments to MOA: Expands Business to Insect-based Ingredients, Waste Management, and Agricultural Products

Mukka Proteins Ltd has announced the outcome of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 18th September 2025. The shareholders have approved the alteration of the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The amendments include expanding the business to manufacture, import, export, and distribute ingredients from insects and bugs for human consumption, animal feeds, and medical preparations. The company will also deal in waste management and Leachate water treatment activities. Additionally, Mukka Proteins Ltd will venture into the manufacturing and distribution of humic acid, fulvic acid, organic and inorganic compost, fertilizers, manure, pesticides, and other organic soil conditioners for agricultural, horticultural, and industrial applications. The company will also cultivate, sow, plant, grow, harvest, and process various agricultural products and engage in allied agri-services.
