Mukka Proteins Limited has announced a further delay in the acquisition of Mukka Proteins Vietnam Co., Ltd. The acquisition, intended to secure 70% of the target company's share capital for up to ₹10,00,000, was initially expected to be completed by June 30, 2026. The delay is attributed to pending regulatory approvals in Vietnam. The new expected completion date is December 31, 2026. The company assures that necessary steps are being taken to finalize the acquisition.
