Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This decision is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these financial results will be intimated separately.
