Munjal Showa Ltd Schedules 41st AGM for August 24, 2026

Munjal Showa Limited has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the declaration of a final dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26, and the re-appointment of directors Mr. Neeraj Munjal and Mr. Tetsuya Katsumata. Additionally, a special resolution will be considered for the re-appointment of Mr. Yogesh Chander Munjal as Chairman & Managing Director for a further five-year term starting September 1, 2026.
