Munoth Communication Appoints Secretarial Auditor for FY27

Munoth Communication Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Selvam Nadimuthu as the company's Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on August 13, 2026. Mr. Nadimuthu, a seasoned Company Secretary with 35 years of experience, including 22 years as a Practising Company Secretary, brings extensive expertise in Company Law, SEBI regulations, and NCLT matters. His appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
