Munoth Financial Services Ltd Announces 34th AGM for FY 2024-25, Shareholders to Vote on Key Resolutions

Munoth Financial Services Ltd has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM IST through video conferencing/other audio visual means. The AGM will transact ordinary business such as adopting the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointing directors Mr. Lalchand Munoth and Mr. Vikas Munoth. The AGM will also consider special business, including passing a special resolution for the remuneration payable and re-appointment of Mr. Jaswant Munoth as Managing Director and appointing Mr. Bharat Munoth as Whole Time Director.
