Munoth Financial Services Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 14, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended 30/09/2025. The meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Furthermore, in line with Regulation 47 of the same regulations, the company will publish the notice of the meeting in one English language national daily and in one daily newspaper published in the language where the registered office of the company is situated.
