Muthoot Finance Board Approves FY26 Results, Reappoints Directors

The Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Joseph Korah as an Independent Director for a second term and the re-appointment of Mr. George M George, Mr. George M Jacob, and Mr. George Alexander as Whole Time Directors. Additionally, they recommended the appointment of Mr. Eapen Alexander as a Whole Time Director, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
