Muzali Arts Ltd to Approve Q2 and Q3 Unaudited Financial Results on Feb 9, 2026

Muzali Arts Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 9, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also consider any other business with the permission of the Chairman. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results. This closure applies to all designated persons, connected persons, directors, officers, and their immediate relatives.
