My Money Securities Board Meeting on Aug 27 to Discuss Auditor, Director Re-appointments

My Money Securities Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026. The agenda includes the re-appointment of directors liable to retire by rotation, re-appointment of the statutory auditor and fixing their remuneration, and the re-appointment or appointment of a Whole-time Director/Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer. The board will also consider approving material related party transactions, convening the 35th Annual General Meeting, and approving the Board and Corporate Governance Reports for FY25-26.
